Exploring the impacts of our cross-functional team since its establishment
At Encentiv Energy, our dedication to actionable climate change mitigation stretches beyond our products and services. Our staff is committed to sustainability in and out of the office, further driven by the support of our Sustainability Team.
Originally forming as a Water Management Team in early 2021, the team came together to explore ways to mitigate water consumption in our new hybrid work environment. The team was able to pass a policy to distribute water conservation kits to all employees. These kits included leak detection tabs, faucet aerators, an optional showerhead, and an educational pamphlet to help employees reduce their water consumption.
After successfully distributing water conservation kits, the team felt motivated to shift focus beyond water and to tackle wider-ranging sustainability efforts. With passion leading our endeavors, we have empowered Encentiv employees to find pride in the work that they do and to make tangible efforts outside of the office.
