FirstEnergy G&I Audit Incentives

Eligible participants will receive an incentive of up to $0.05 /kWh saved, not to exceed 50 percent of the audit cost upon completion of the installation of qualifying audit recommended measures at the customer’s facility.

Eligible measures are those defined by FirstEnergy Pennsylvania’s utilities Governmental & Institutional Energy Efficient Equipment program.

A facility is defined as the building or set of buildings at a single service address, regardless of the number of unique utility accounts associated with the address.

Audits must be completed within three (3) months after receiving a formal pre-approval letter from the Program.

Governmental & Institutional customers of FirstEnergy’s Pennsylvania utilities (Met Ed, Penelec, Penn Power, West Penn Power) that are served under the following Small Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Rate Codes are eligible:

Met-Ed
GS- Small, GS-Medium & Outdoor Lighting Service

Penelec
GS- Small, GS-Medium & Outdoor Lighting Service

Penn Power
GS, GS Special Rule GSDS, GS Optional Controlled Service Rider, GM, GM Optional Controlled Service Rider, PLS, OH with Cooling Capabilities, OH without Cooling Capabilities, and WH Non- Residential.

West Penn Power
Rate 20, Rate 30 Small (less than 500KW)
